安斯泰来宣布自2026年10月1日起任命Nahrin Marino为总法律顾问兼首席道德与合规官（GC & CECO），接替将于9月30日退休的现任Tatjana Dragovic。Marino拥有逾25年制药行业经验，自2010年加入安斯泰来，历任法律、道德与合规部门多个高级职务，包括美国法律负责人、美洲道德与合规负责人及副总法律顾问。
TOKYO, September 17, 2026 – Astellas Pharma Inc. (TSE: 4503, President and CEO: Naoki Okamura, “Astellas”) today announced the following personnel change in its Top Management, effective from October 1, 2026.
■ Appointment of new General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (GC & CECO)
Nahrin Marino will be appointed as the new GC & CECO, effective from October 1, 2026. She has more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Her foundation in pharmaceutical sales, an appellate clerkship, and pharmaceutical and medical device litigation gives her practical, credible insight into business, legal, risk, and compliance issues. Since joining Astellas in 2010, she has advanced through senior Legal and Ethics & Compliance leadership roles—including Head of Legal, Head of Ethics & Compliance Americas, and Deputy General Counsel. She has led global teams, supported Top Management, and contributed to shaping enterprise strategies related to risk, compliance, regulatory, quality, and litigation matters.
Tatjana Dragovic, the current GC & CECO, will retire effective September 30, 2026. Her impact has spanned many areas from leading key litigation efforts and heading up the Ethics & Compliance organization to serving as a member of Top Management, where she helped shape an enterprise mindset across both her functions and the company. Throughout her tenure, she has embodied our Organizational Values and Behaviors, setting a high standard for leadership and serving as a strong ambassador for the principles that guide how we work, collaborate, and lead as One Astellas. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for her outstanding leadership and many years of dedicated service.
